The User Problem
According to site analytics and user feedback, the current website is not appealing to it's intended audience - primarily first time buyers. It is not performing well with high bounce rates and large drop offs at various stages. It needs to be more informative, engaging with a more vibrant aesthetic, emphasising trust and reliability whilst attracting young families.

The Solution
Following qualitative user research, the directors of the business requested a modern, fresh approach to the development of the new website. Customer feedback made it clear that users responded more positively to a family friendly, service led website that showcased their positive online reviews and customer testimonials. I based the design on the archetypes of 'caregiver' and 'sage' in order to emphasise trust, experience and reliability. I restructured the content, re-wrote copy to give relevant information in order to attract, engage and convert. The existing offering and the new proposal were split tested and focus grouped, the visual design, flows and journey were user tested positively. The clients were very happy with the results and the site is currently in development.

Generate visual designs, wireframes, interactive prototypes and hi-fidelity visual UI mock ups

Work directly with development team daily to ensure accurate design implementation

Work within an agile software development process, assisting and supporting scrum teams
